This website does not collect any information about you.

Data collected by the bot

By using NeonUtil's commands, any data (especially preferences in neon settings) you submit may be stored indefinitely. Raw messages submitted by inputs (such as by link/ID/reply) are never stored.

The following data is collected and stored from messages sent by OwO only to fulfill the purpose of the bot:

1. Animal data from the owo dex command
2. Collectible data unless opted-out with collectibles set tracking
3. Level/XP data when reacting to 📈 from owoxp, which can be disabled with neon set xp off
4. Weapon IDs and stats from owo w (ID) for commands like team, xp-calc, and qualities, as well as user IDs for fabled weapons
5. The number of times each shop weapon has been bought for the shop command
6. Anonymous teams from enemies encountered in a random sample of battles for neon global, which have no connection to the player or the battle's location
7. Prays/curses/cookies only sent to collectors in top and people requiring them for a quest added to a server using neon quest's system
8. Rare animals from hunts based on your catchlist settings, where none are tracked by default
9. Your event drop count if enabled with neon set drop on
10. Guild prefixes for collectible tracking, XP tracking, catchlist, and gem reminders to work properly

The bot additionally has helpers for EPIC RPG available in neonrpg. On top of neonrpg set where all settings are opt-in, the following data is stored:

1. For void players: Area 18's scheduled seal time and the user and time a voidernal clock was last used on the area
2. For galaxy players: POI data from rpg gx poi and rpg gx map which can be browsed as explained in neonrpg gx
3. The galactical locations players are in to detect failed gathers, helping players avoid wasting fuel on attempting to gather recently-gathered POIs. The only data publicly available in this regard is the time a planet was last checked for gather. The data is also used for the default location argument neonrpg gx commands take.

When voting for NeonUtil in top.gg, the time the bot receives your vote will be stored and can be accessed with the info, vote, and perks commands only by yourself.

How your data is stored

All data collected by the bot is securely stored in a MongoDB Shared Tier Cluster.

Who we share your data with

Your data is not, and will never be, shared with or sold to anyone.

How you can delete your data

You can request any data linked to your user or server's ID to be deleted by contacting the developer (NeonSurvivor) directly, either through Direct Messages or from the support server, if you cannot do so with existing commands.

You can opt out of the bot processing message content in your server the same way, or by disabling its permission to read messages. This will break most functionality. You can check what permissions the bot is missing with /info, if any.
